Welcome to The B.A. Fund, a web-based tool that is owned and operated by Certified Accounting Services LLC. Its service enables you to find the best deals on business loans. The B.A. Fund is at times referred to in these Terms of Service as “the Service."

Interested lenders are qualified and must be registered prior to obtaining User information.
You may complete a questionnaire which asks questions about you and your business. This includes general information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. This information is held in strict confidence by The B.A. Fund LLC and is only shared with interested 3rd party lenders that you request to meet.
You may complete a payment information form. This information is held in strict confidence by The B.A. Fund LLC and will never for any reason be distributed to any third party except to process your payment or if required by law.
Web Technologies. We may collect information through web technologies. Like most standard website servers, The B.A. Fund LLC uses log files. Information collected in log files may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We utilize this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Third Parties. The B.A. Fund LLC does not share your personal information with non-affiliated third parties for their promotional or marketing uses.
